Mocha Madness with Peanut Butter

This shake will be your new addiction. You will go workout, just so you can have this post-workout shake. For the longest time I made it with chocolate protein, but lately I’ve been using Metabolic Nutrition Protizyme, Peanut Butter Cookie in this recipe instead, and oooohhh my gaaahhh..

Ingredients:

4 oz cold brew coffee (I recommend Chameleon Cold-Brew Mocha Coffee, you can find it at Target and many grocery stores now)

2-4oz unsweetened almond milk (I’ve also used water, it’s a bit richer with water and very good)

1 scoop chocolate or peanut butter flavored whey protein

1-2 Tbsp natural peanut butter

1/8 tsp cocoa powder (optional, cocoa powder has great digestive benefits though, good  to throw it in here!)

Ice

Directions: Blend all ingredients together in blender or Magic Bullet Blender (I swear, you will never use a blender again, the Magic Bullet Blender is so much easier to use, clean, and store!) and enjoy!

Makes 1 serving. Macros: with 1Tbsp PB: 258 Kcals; 7C/13F/29P

with 2Tbsp PB: 358Kcals; 10C/22F/33P
