Five Below Friday: Pumpkin Oatmeal

For all you basic pumpkin lovers…

I love this oatmeal all year round! It’s full of antioxidants, and even more with the raisins or cranberries added.


1/2c. Oats, measured dry

2Tbsp Canned pure pumpkin

2 Packets or 1 heaping tsp stevia sweetener

Pumpkin pie spice, to taste

Cinnamon, to taste

Optional: 1 small box raisins or dried cranberries


Cook oats on stovetop according to directions. When oatmeal is fully cooked, transfer to a bowl and add remaining ingredients and mix well. Enjoy with a side of egg whites or a whey shake for added protein!
