One scoop Metabolic Nutrition MuscLean Protein in Peanut Butter Milkshake
1/2 c. dry oats
1 Tbsp Chia seeds
1/2 tsp cocoa powder
Optional: one small (mini) box raisins
Put one Tbsp chia seeds in a small bowl and add approx. 1/2c water. Let soak for about 15-20 mins until chia “pudding” or gel has formed. Meanwhile, combine dry ingredients in a meal-sized tupperware. Once chia seeds are ready, add to dry ingredients with another 1/4c water (add slowly to gauge thickness) and stir until evenly combined and all the powder has been mixed in. Should not be liquidy. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy cold in the morning!
