Five Below

“Five Below” refers to the number of ingredients used in each of my recipes. ALL of my recipes:

-Use 5 or less ingredients

-Are soy-free, gluten-free, and with a few exceptions, are dairy-free

-Never use microwaves

-Can be prepped in bulk ahead of time for meals throughout the week

I believe in whole, real, natural foods like fruits, vegetables, oats, rice, potatoes, and unprocessed meats. I have a rule when I’m grocery shopping, if a food item has more than 5 ingredients on the list, I’m not buying it. I apply that rule to the meals I make. Each of my meal recipes here take less than 5 ingredients, are super quick and easy to make (I don’t want to spend a whole Sunday meal prepping), and can be made in bulk for the whole week. Additionally, all my recipes are gluten and soy-free.

To help my online clients, I developed an Instruction Manual for meal prepping. Included in the manual is a grocery list and step-by-step instructions for quick and easy meal prep.
